In 1996, Consumer Trading Company Ltd (CTC) was established in Kiev to handle the distribution, sales and promotion of the Audeh Group’s leading FMCG brands.
In 2003, the Audeh Group, jointly with the Phoenicia Group in Beirut formed Phoenicia (UA), responsible for the exclusive import, sales, distribution and promotion of all Habanos S.A. cigar brands in Ukraine.
LA CASA DEL HABANO - KIEV
On July 15, 2005 Phoenicia (UA) opened in Kiev the largest La Casa del Habano cigar lounge in Europe, offering a comprehensive range of Cuban cigars, as well as supporting smoking accessories, alcohol and spirits.

Condor International Limited opened its 1st retail camel active flagship store in central Kiev in 2000, thus targeting a young and active clientele.
As of 2007, several of IBCS Development Co Ltd's numerous customers in Ukraine started to open additional camel active stores in Kiev and the regions.
